We were contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for one more woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to discover out exactly where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband first left he was quite sad and apologetic as he felt that soon after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t believe he loved her any far more. He stated he required time apart and did not wish to tell her exactly where he was going. He took a big quantity of money out of their joint bank account which he said he required to set himself up in a brand new location to live.
While waiting for her husband to return their relationship started to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid less dollars into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was very strange behaviour for him and completely out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he might have an additional woman as a similar thing had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could aid as we had helped her inside the past.
We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and found the address he was living at and that there was one more woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name as well as the woman he was living with. They had bought the property together just following he had left our client.
We were able to provide our client with all the evidence she required to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she stated that right after the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had almost certainly been having an affair with this woman for several years. She is now prepared to move on with her new life.
